
Nine years before 1955, Irene Morgan, refused & was arrested for racial segregation by law.

The NAACP took over the case & it was ruled unconstitutional.
When Rosa Parks refused to get off the bus she was seen as a catalyst during the Civil Rights movement as the new law wasn't regulated.
Then nine months before Rosa Parks there was a 15-year-old black girl named Claudette Colvin. she was arrested in front of the bus of Montgomery for refusing to give up her seat.
